Return & Refund Policy

At Club Clou, every set is curated with care and handled under strict hygiene standards. For this reason, all sales are subject to the following policy.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the hygienic nature of press-on nail products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for opened, used, or worn items.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we are happy to assist.

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • Clear photo evidence must be provided

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition

Approved claims will receive a replacement of the same design, or a comparable style if the original is unavailable.
Refunds are not issued for damaged or defective items.

Order Accuracy & Customer Responsibility

Please review your order carefully before submitting.

Club Clou is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect nail sizes selected at checkout

  • Color or design preference changes

  • Application issues or wear results

Sizing charts and product details are provided to help ensure the best fit and experience.

Subscription Orders

All subscription selections are final once submitted.

If no selection is made by the monthly cutoff date, a default set will be assigned based on availability.
Default assignments and subscription orders are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If a replacement is approved due to damage or defect, Club Clou will cover the cost of shipping the replacement.

Final Sale Items

Promotional items, discounted products, and custom selections are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Policy Acceptance

By placing an order with Club Clou, you acknowledge and agree to this Return & Refund Policy.
We reserve the right to refuse any claim that does not meet the criteria outlined above.
